The Service Ambassadors have helped engage UGA students with the Athens community and several organizations including United Hospice, UGArden, Oasis Catolico, Athens Community Council on Aging, Brooklyn Cemetery, Boys & Girls Club, Athens PB&J, and so many more.  As our mission states, we hope to not only serve but to reflect on our work in order to promote learning for our volunteer participants.

We asked our Service Ambassadors, “why do you serve?”  Here’s what they said!
To make a difference, to impact change. I serve because it's my opportunity to walk in another's shoes and gain perspective.
