The ASB program offers two service-learning courses during the spring semester, one for participants, and one for site leaders.
For participants
ECHD 3538S: Leadership in Action
1) Earn one credit hour through this course
2) The call number is: 50-920
Requirements:
1) Attendance at scheduled pre-trip meetings
2) Attending and participating in ASB
3) Pre-trip project
4) Post-trip reflection paper
For site leaders
ECHD 4538S: Advanced Peer Leadership
1) Open on to site leaders
2) Earn two credit hours through this course
3) The call number is: 70-918
Requirements:
1) Attendance at all site leader and scheduled pre-trip meetings
2) Planning and facilitating an ASB trip
3) Completion of a reflection journal
